After you have made the decision to consider a new fire, fireplace or stove, we ask that you visit one of our showrooms where our staff will be able to show you and explain the various options available to you.
It is always helpful if you could bring in a picture of your existing fireplace together with a few measurements e.g. width of chimney breast. There are a variety of brochures available for you to take away to read.
Once you have a idea what you would like, please call a showroom and we can arrange for one of our qualified fitters to visit you for a free survey.
A written quotation will then be sent to you either by email or post to consider.
This can be amended as many times as required to suit your budget and individual requirements.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of order with the balance due to the showroom prior to installation either by card over the telephone, bank transfer or by visiting the showroom.
